Our Story
HECS Recruitment started from a simple idea: venues deserve an agency that actually understands what it’s like behind the bar, on the floor or in a busy kitchen.
After years working in hospitality and events, we saw how frustrating it can be when staff arrive with no briefing, the wrong attitude or no understanding of service standards. HECS Recruitment was set up to do things differently – with better communication, clear expectations and a focus on the right fit for each shift.
